GorillaFest Tailgating Registration

Pitt State allows groups or individuals to host private parties in dedicated spaces during home football games. These spaces are available east of the brown parking lot and immediately north and south of the hike and bike trail between Carnie Smith Stadium and Weede Athletic Complex.

Spaces may be reserved after April 1st each year and are done on a first-come-first-serve basis by calling Alumni & Constituent Relations at 620-235-4758 or by completing this form.

If you have questions regarding the amount to pay, please contact our office. If you prefer to pay by check, you may hand deliver or mail it to our office. Please make checks payable to Pittsburg State University.

As the official representative of the above stated group, I have read and agree to abide by the policies of the GorillaFest Private Party/Corporate Tent Area and understand that if the policies are not followed that Pittsburg State University reserves the right to ask the group not to return. I will submit an invitation list to [email protected] if alcohol is being served. I also agree to pay all fees related to reserving the space at least one week prior to the game.
